"Thoughts to give birth to principles"
The truth is every aspect of what we are, is a by-product of something we have seen or experienced. In fact in many instances people, and surroundings influence a person without him/her even being aware of it.

However anything we consciously allow to influence us should always be positive and effortless, which basically means celebrate who you are and never try to be something you're not.

The above statement doesn't mean we shouldn't always leave ourselves open to acquiring new skills, or exploring new perspectives. But it does mean that after every learning process we as students should embrace our new skills along with who we are as individuals.

It is a common fact that all forms of extremities always end up being negative, impractical, or even ridiculous examples of which can be found when inexperienced scientists try to replicate technology, or when amateur martial artists try to implement combat principles they haven't mastered or when immature people try to copy entertainers on MTV and so on.

The bottom line is you will go a lot further in life if you take all your energy and positively build on your real self, instead of wasting both your time and energy on being something you're not.

This is free advice, do what you want with it.
