"Thoughts to give birth to principles"
Suicide: The decision to end your own life is definitely one of the saddest acts man has ever taken part in. Some refer to it as a sign of weakness. And some call it the ultimate cry for help, while others say it is the by-product of a now cold and heartless society.

Many people wonder if society is to blame for this tragic and common act. First of all it is important to acknowledge the fact that you and me are automatically a member of any society we live in or contribute to. And secondly it is important to understand that ultimately we are in control of our own actions whether they are positive or negative.

However, events, people, experiences, and emotions whether we want to admit it or not are vital ingredients that make up the force behind all the decisions we choose to make. Bearing this in mind, it would be senseless not to embrace the fact that even though suicide victims are ultimately responsible for killing themselves, the society around them make up majority if not all the ingredients that push them to the sad art.

This is why as members of any society no matter how big or small, we all have to be advocates of positive thinking. We have to master the art of drawing positive things out of every situation, every individual, every problem, every emotion, and every reaction.

A good start would be by programming ourselves to be positive friends, positive siblings, positive children, positive colleagues, positive parents, positive students and so on.

If what has been said has not touched your heart or changed your mindset then think of this: If we can save a person's life with just a smile, imagine what we could do by positively relating to people for a whole 30 minutes. Then think of what we could do by positively relating to people for a whole lifetime.

This is free advice, do what you want with it.
